I found staying at the hotel very pleasant overall. The rooms were decent, although there was a slight issue with the smell at times, possibly due to drainage problems. The hotel is set in lovely grounds and is wonderfully air-conditioned, which is a must during the summer. The Provence-style décor added a nice touch to the large area that included a swimming pool, several terraces, a small gym, sauna, and private parking - all very well maintained.

Rooms

The rooms were decorated in a typical Provence style and set across a nice site. However, there were occasional smells hinting at drainage issues.
Service

The service provided by the staff was top-notch. They were very friendly and helpful, offering valuable advice about exploring St-Paul-de-Vence. Some contradictions were noticed, such as signs prohibiting bringing food or drink, yet a fridge was available in the room.

The hotel's location is great, with good on-site parking and easy access to St-Paul-de-Vence. It offers breathtaking views of the hillside and distant sea, amidst well-designed Spanish hacienda-style architecture.

The hotel oozes charm with its spread-out rooms adorned with antiques and a special touch, including balconies and separate patios. The service is top-notch, with the lovely Italian signora leading the way. The location is exactly what I hoped for, offering a country French vibe and stunning views over the valley. However, the dining experience falls short, but there are better options nearby. Overall, a place perfect for those seeking hospitality and guest comforts.

7.6/10

The hotel has a unique charm with antique-filled rooms, but the lack of natural light and noise from the passage could be off-putting. The service is friendly and attentive, although there were some occasional hiccups. The location offers both a magnificent setting in the hills and convenient access to St Paul De Vence, but the unhelpful attitude of some staff members was noted. The dining experience provides an awesome ambiance but comes with a higher price tag. Overall, a mixed bag of experiences that cater to different preferences.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms are filled with interesting antiques, but the lack of natural light due to tiny windows looking out into a busy passage may affect the overall ambiance.
Service

The service is friendly with a touch of genuine Italian hospitality, although there were occasional clumsiness noted. Personal care towards guests' comfort and unique art around the place add a nice touch.
Location
